What this website collects, why, and how to change your mind.
Who publishes this website
This is an independent project-information and sales-enquiry website for Cappella Embassy (雅益轩). It is not the developer's official website and it does not represent the developer. Enquiries are handled through the single contact number published on every page: +6013-8698656.
What we collect when you enquire
The enquiry forms collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, and — optionally — the layout you are interested in, a budget band and a message. Nothing else is requested. We do not ask for your passport, identity card, bank statements, medical information or payment details anywhere on this website, and you should never send them through a web form.
Why we collect it, and how long we keep it
The details you send are used to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it — nothing else. They are not sold, rented or passed to any bank, agency or third party for marketing. Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant and are deleted on request.
Who processes the form
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, a third-party form provider, which stores the submission and relays it to us by email. Formspree processes the data on servers in the United States. Submitting the form transfers your details to that provider for that purpose.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are useful. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to two years, and records the pages you view, the buttons you press and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Advertising signals are switched off. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland have analytics storage denied by default, so no cookies are set there unless you allow them. Everyone can switch analytics off at any time using "Privacy choices" in the footer; the choice is remembered on your device. No other cookies are set by this site.
Your rights under the PDPA
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw your consent to our using it. Send the request to +6013-8698656 on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form and it will be actioned.
Accessibility
This site targets WCAG 2.2 level AA. Known limitations: the third-party 360° tour viewer and the Google Maps embed are outside our control and their keyboard and screen-reader support is limited — every fact those media show is also published here as text, tables and captioned photographs. If something on this site is hard to use, tell us on WhatsApp and we will fix it.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes materially, the version and date at the top of the page change with it. The previous version is available on request.
